Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Ambassador Bonnie D. Jenkins will travel to New York City, November 7, 2023. While in New York, the Under Secretary will attend meetings at the United Nations and speak at the 2023 Paley International Council Summit on reducing nuclear risk.
